Project Description:
Master builder works including screed and plastering for the construction of a housing complex. Where the Kirchner barracks once stood in the Jakomini district of Graz, an urban village is being created with a total of ten modern houses with around 570 flats, open spaces and a 5.7-hectare green area with play and sports facilities. The individual residential buildings are connected by footpaths and cycle paths and offer different leisure activities for the young and old.
