Project Description:

General contractor works for the construction of a tunnel control room for the Hausmannstätten bypass with adjoining offices for the road maintenance department. The road maintenance depot and central workshop have a total usable area of 5,000 m². Half of the central building is recessed into the slope and the roof area is partly greened. Subsequently, a parking deck with 22 parking spaces was built.
